About the program
Currently, 56% of students complete primary school on time. Out of that, only 37.8% make a jump into secondary school, and just 8% of them transition into higher education (vocational schools, colleges & universities). Rays of Hope changes this narrative by providing secondary school bursaries, coaching, and mentorship. Above all, we create communities of practice among students.
Our Goals
- Grant 380 secondary scholarships to underprivileged students.
- Host coaching and mentoring activities for 300 students.
- Attain a 90% pass rate for national exams in both 10th and 12th grades.
