Theory of Change

Theory of Change

Our theory of change has three pillars. System change programming, Targeted programming and Collaboration.

System change programming

Education is the biggest driver of systemic poverty. Efforts to provide access to quality education to millions require a system change approach. We target systems – teacher education systems, community development, and integrate our faith integration.

Targeted programming

In every dataset, there are outliers. We target outliers. Our work supports underperformers in primary schools and invests in performers at secondary schools. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to access basic education.

Collaboration

No single entity can do Transformation work alone. The foundation of our everyday work is girded by collaborating with horizontal (peer and financial partners) and vertical (community and government partners). Partnerships deconstruct power bonds and cumulates resources for a common goal.
