Scale plan
By 2027, we project to support 12,000 teachers; reach 15 educational districts, serving at least 1 million students at a cost of $0.70.
Rays of Hope partners with the government to provide the teachers’ skill strengthening support to ensure that the teaching profession responds to technical challenges.
We provide training opportunities to in-service teachers so that they can strengthen their skills. In partnership with the Ministry of Education, through the Department of Teacher Education and Development (DTED), we are in 6 out of 34 education districts in Malawi – Zomba Rural, Blantyre Urban, Blantyre Rural, Thyolo, Mchinji, and Ntchisi.
