The goal of this programming piece is to help young people (secondary school graduates) find themselves, and sketch realistic life goals.
Every year we have a different cohort of young people that go through a leadership immersion program. They spend a year with us in discipleship, computer basics, typing, leadership, and get hands-on experience in tutoring primary school students. This piece has trained and mentored over 200 youth, who become mentors and tutors to the students we work with in our afterschool activities.
