Academic Innovation

Thinking differently to provide education.

Tutoring

We provide remedial tutoring and mentorship to 1500+ learners from 12 public primary schools.

Teacher Training

We provide trainings to 5000+ in-service primary school teacher to reduce technical gaps.

About the program

In this program, we work with both teachers and learners in public primary schools providing technical support to the former and furnish more instruction hours to the former. In the school system where overcrowding is rampant, it becomes a challenge to the teacher and the learner. Academic innovation stands in the gap and ensures that both parties are given the needed help.

Participant

“Before I joined Rays of Hope Malawi’s after-school program, I found school really tough and I was always trying to catch up with my classmates. But now, things have changed a lot! The teachers in the program help me so much and make learning fun. I’m doing way better in my classes and I even hope I can go to a big secondary school one day. I’m really happy and thankful for all the help. Thank you, Rays of Hope Malawi, for helping me get better at school and making me believe I can do great things!”
